process
At Nordic International School, we seek to accompany families at every stage of the admission process, ensuring an optimal transition tailored to the needs of each student.
Below, we detail the steps according to the type of income:
Entry from Prekindergarten to 1st grade
We want to give families the opportunity to get to know our institution in a simple and direct way. Through the detailed steps, we facilitate the delivery of the necessary documentation and interviews, so that they can be part of our educational community.

1. Asistir a un Open Day o Visita Guiada. Agenda una visita.
2. Pago de S/ 500 por concepto de inscripción al proceso de admisión. Es intransferible y no reembolsable e incluye los servicios brindados en dicho proceso.
Cuenta bancaria en documentación requerida.
3. Completar el Formulario del Postulante.
4. Entrega de documentación por parte de la familia.

5. Entrevista con la coordinadora de admisión.
6. Reunión con Dirección o Coordinación de Nivel.
7. Envío de resultados. Serán enviados vía correo electrónico al apoderado del postulante en un máximo de 5 días hábiles por la Oficina de Admisión.

- Applicant Form. Go to the form.
- Copy of pedagogical report and/or transcripts from the previous year and the last two-month period or quarter of the current year.
- Attach a report from the specialist(s) if you are undergoing any therapy(ies).
- Please check with Admissions to see if we have one of the two inclusion vacancies per classroom.
- Proof of no arrears from the school or nest of origin.
- Copy of proof of employment on letterhead of parent or guardian.
- Certificates, reports, conduct certificates, and employment certificates (foreigners) must be submitted in original form if they are admitted.
Transfers from 2nd Grade onwards
Steps to apply

- Attend an Open Day or Guided Tour. Schedule a visit.

- Complete the Applicant Form.
- Delivery of documentation by the family. See the list in required documentation.
- Interview with the admissions coordinator.
- 1 or 2 days of school visit.
- Meeting with the Directorate or Level Coordination.
- Sending of results. They will be sent via e-mail to the applicant’s proxy within a maximum of 5 working days by the Admissions Office.

- Proof of good conduct issued, signed and stamped by the school of origin with current date.
- Attach a report from the specialist(s) in case you are taking any therapy(ies). Check with Admission to see if we have one of the two inclusion slots per classroom.
- Proof of no arrears from the school or nest of origin.
- Certificate of studies of the grades completed. This is processed after being admitted.
- Copy of proof of employment on letterhead of parent or guardian.
- Study certificates, reports, conduct certificates, and employment certificates (foreigners) must be submitted in original if admitted.
Priority criteria
- If the family belongs to Nordic International School's educational community
- If the applicant is the child of an alumnus/alumna or alumnus of the school
- If the family is recommended by a school family
- New families who have submitted a complete dossier and have attended the admission or transfer process activities.

Each document must be submitted in PDF (photographs are not accepted) and the complete application folder must be sent to the Admissions Office at the following email address: admissions@nordic-school.edu.pe
